ORANGE BISCUITS

Ingredients
- Sauce-
- 1/2 cup or more butter
- 3/4 cups orange juice
- 1/2 tsp orange peel
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Dough-
Directions
- Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil – cook for a minute.
- Combine dough first two dough ingredients Bisquick and water and fork into soft dough – beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball. Roll into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, cinnamon, and sugar on top and roll the dough into a jelly roll shape. 5. Slice the roll into 10 – 12 pieces and place into a round buttered tin.
- Pour the sauce over the rolls.
- Bake 10 – 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
These rolls along with a cup of coffee and close friends make for a great Saturday morning.
