Family Favorite Recipes

Occasionally I will be posting recipes, prepared by family and friends, to this site. These recipes were used often in meals Mama (Mom Schaeffer) prepared, during visits at Don and Ev’s (the Ohio Schaeffers), holiday and weekend stews with Holly and Helen (the Borden’s), as the favored way to stack a Schaeffer clam bake, and as current family favorites of Peggy, Pam and Matt. Some are old, some are new, all are loved because they taste good and remind us of wonderful times with family and friends.
