Mama liked the Betty Crocker Picture Cookbook recipe

Ingredients


1 lb ground beef, 80/20

2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1 pepper finely chopped
4 tbsp minced/finely chopped onions
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Ketchup

Directions


Hand mix all ingredients in a bowl

Place in a 9x5x3 greased loaf pan
Bake @ 350 deg for 1 1/2 hrs
Remove from pan, slice and serve.

If there are any leftovers, they make great sandwiches later.
