BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
From The Kopper Kettle, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson – A favorite of Pam’s
Ingredients
- 2 gallon mayonaise
- 2 quarts milk
- 2-1/2 lb blue cheese
- 5 lb cottage cheese
- 1/2 T garlic powder
- 1 pint cider vinegar
- parsley
Directions
- Mix well.
I have never made this, although it is the best blue cheese dressing – ever. I need to sit down with a handy units converter and make less than restaurant quantity.
