BIG CAN PUMPKIN PIE (2 pies)

Ingredients

  • 1 big can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 T cinnamon
  • 1/2 T ginger
  • pinch salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Mix in salt.
  3. Mix in milk.
  4. Mix in eggs.
  5. Bake in two 9” pie crusts at temperature and time suggested on can.

This is the go to birthday pie for Dad.
