BEER BREAD


Aunt Ev’s recipe for an enjoyable addition to a serving of chili.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bottle beer or ale (room temp)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put in pan and let rise for 10 minutes.
  3. Bake at 375 deg for 30 minutes.

No statistical evidence to prove which is the best brew for this one.
